At London Darbar, we want your event ticket-purchasing experience to be efficient and hassle-free, therefore we have made it available for you to purchase tickets for our event online.
All transactions will be carried out in GBP only.
Your order shall be confirmed post payment. You shall be informed of your order once the entire process is complete. If an error has occurred, it is your responsibility to bring it to the notice of London Darbar. You are requested to retain the order confirmation from us as this is to be shown as proof of purchase on the day of the event. London Darbar shall not be liable for any loss if you assume an order has taken place without confirmation.
You are entitled to a certain number of tickets for each event. There is a maximum number of tickets for each event that an individual can purchase. This policy is intended to discourage buyers from engaging in unfair trade practices. If we learn that you are purchasing more than the pre-determined number of tickets for an event and engaging in practices that we, at our sole discretion, determine to be unfair, we will cancel your ticket purchase and bar access to the site.
Cancelled / Postponed Event
In case of a rare occasion that an event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, we shall attempt to contact you to inform you of the refund and exchange procedure for the event. If a refund is issued, it shall be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets.
Admittance And Identity
You are requested to bring the printed tickets or ticket confirmation with you to the event, without which right to the entry to the venue may be reserved. Additionally, you are advised to carry a government issued ID to the event. Only one entry is permitted per ticket.
Pricing And Other Errors
If you find the price billed overstated from that advertised or indicated, or other important billing or delivery information incorrect please contact us a soon as possible for correction.
Before purchasing your tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the event. This includes but not limited to, event restrictions, dates, pricing, charges and seat selection.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the grounds of failing to review this information. Neither will they be issued for any lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged tickets.
A consumer has the right to cancel a booking within 24 hours of payment. If an order is cancelled, the payment made is returned through the same payment method that was used to purchase the tickets. In order to avail a refund, contact us within 24 hours so we can make arrangements and start the refund process accordingly.
